Need a Proforma Invoice / Quotation / Placing an Order?

This page is also the one to use if you require a proforma invoice/quotation or place an order. Enter the details of the items you would like to order. There will be an opportunity before submitting your order to indicate that you need a proforma invoice / quotation / order for these items, or alternatively you can simply indicate that you would like to pay by credit/debit card. If you need a proforma invoice, or have an existing account with us, we will be in contact to deal with this as requested.

A PROFORMA INVOICE is an invoice sent by us before payment or shipment of the goods; some customers need this document in order to obtain authorisation for the purchase from the budget holder / account holder in their organisation. If you need a proforma invoice select this option and we will be happy to send you one.

QUOTATION is the option to select if you don't need a formal proforma invoice, and don't already have a customer account with us. You will receive an automatic email from our website confirming the details of your quotation, which will show the prices and quantities you are interested in ordering. If you would like to pursue the order please email us for payment instructions or alternatively call on 01964 542878 and we can take your payment via credit/debit card.

ORDER is the option to select if you already have an arrangement with us to place orders charged to your account with us.

How does the bulk ordering scheme work?

Select the items you would like to order on this page. Click on the 'calculate total cost of my bulk order' button above when ready; you will then be taken to a page which shows you the details of your order and also any carriage charges for delivery, if applicable, based upon the weight of your order. At the full RRP price for any item, postage to UK/BFPO is included, but at the discounted prices for bulk orders additional carriage charges do apply (except for the Target Rifle Shooting Scoring Gauge, for which the prices include postage UK/BFPO regardless of quantity ordered).

You will be asked to provide your name, phone number and email address. You can then submit your order to us by clicking the submit button.

Do I pay at the time of submitting my bulk order on this page?

No. When you submit the order, an email confirming the details of your order will be automatically sent to the email address you have provided, as well as to our office. If you requested a proforma invoice or have an existing account with us then we will be in contact with you to deal with this as requested.

The bulk ordering process on this page is independent of PayPal; you will not be required to pay online at the time of submitting your order.

How can I pay for my order?

When our office contacts you to arrange payment you will be able to choose between paying in the following ways:

• PayPal - if you opt for this method our office will manually send a PayPal payment request to your email address. You can then pay by PayPal account if you have one, or by a credit/debit card through PayPal (whether you have a PayPal account or not). With this method of using a credit/debit card the card processing is between you and PayPal.
• Credit/Debit card transaction directly with us - we are an authorised merchant holder of a Streamline card terminal, so you can pay by card directly over the phone if you like. This method is independent of PayPal, instead the transaction is directly between you and Military Pocket Books Ltd, call 01964 542878.
• Cheque or Postal Order - orders will be despatched upon cheque clearance, please make cheques payable to Military Pocket Books Ltd, address to Military Pocket Books Ltd, PO Box 28, Leven, Beverley, East Yorkshire HU17 LA.

Can I buy and pay for items right now through your website?

Yes, but only by using the 'Add to cart' buttons which you will find on each item's page, and these payment buttons will automatically apply the full RRP price regardless of how many items you buy.
